depends-might be better to hire a all around guy that can float to your crop side also--lot of times key employees get bored-depends also on family-lot of guys work 7 days a week and don't make any excuses-where some one else works 5 days and wants 2 days off-
I would rather hire someone that wants to learn and doesn't bring any bad past training along
seen a few working with integrator's and it doesnt take long to sort them out. Best of luck.


Garvo our experience is you let hog barn guy drive tractor,work in shop, crop & all of a sudden everyday he is looking for anything to do except barn work
