Hire the nicest looking and sharpest tongued Hispanic woman with motherly instincts you interview, pay her what she wants. She won’t take chit from no one and eventually you will be saying “yes ma’am” in espanol. But, you will have the smoothest running, healthiest finishing operation in the area. The integrators will be begging you to add more barns because of all the money your manager is making you and rest of the “pork” chain.
