Subject: RE: Tandem dump truck/grain truck use

Black Hawk County, IA
I built a set of extensions for my tri-axle dump. 2’ tall is the same height as the cab protector. Back end is 18”, tarp bows and an X brace hold it together in one piece. Lift it off with a block tackle in a shed, or forks on an end loader. Truck is legal with 585 bu beans, but will hold almost 700. Building a hitch plate to pull a big gravity wagon this fall. Kinda looking for another one. Semis great to ethanol plant or processor, but really like the dump out in the field.
