| Only time mine does that is when I have air trapped in it. Either at the end of the tube or when I start a new one after it has been run completely empty. I do as mentioned and screw it on a couple threads then let release plunger and screw it in rest of the way. Seems like having it set any higher them 10 and not waiting a few seconds in between trigger pulls can let air in also as the gun pumps out grease faster then the plunger keeps it pushed up. Not so big of a problem when it’s hot out as when it’s only a few degrees above freezing. | |
