Central Illinois - west of Peoria | We had the same problem on a 1680 that also had a chaff spreader hooked up to the same hydraulic circuit. From the early to late 60 series machines they made some changes in pump size and pulley design , the original stamped steel pulley was our problem , went to cast steel pulley with new belt and solved our problem . It does seem like the sides of the v belts get worn down and belt starts slipping with the old design. |
