I just felt it was unlike most of the NAT'ers to act as unfriendly as I thought the responses were in the request. And I can understand that Gofundme can be a turnoff.
Thanks to those who gave some genuine responses without being snarky or insulting.
I see nothing wrong with Denn asking for go fund me...In Canada its used quite often when kids die & parents cannot pay for funerals, bread winne has bad accident , raise funds to overthrow our gov'T (opps that one got canned)
Have donated to different causes & will donate to Denn's parents.
Might not be the case at all , but when I was an active Church member and there was a fund raiser if it was for church repairs or local issue people donated, people did not donate much to famine relief in Africa ,ect.
