Mine only been in one year, 2 doors, first one did it right away, replace a small  solenoid type? thing said it was debris in oil and took out o ring, cured it but 
then other door doing it 6 months later replaced been good for awhile but now doing it again. Then the other door go's up uneven have to stop let one side cylinder come down to even with other and hit open button , had to do that one time, 3 times to get it open.
My dealer, has eventually, gets by to replace but takes awhile so far, little aggravating for new doors that weren't cheap.
