West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12 | A friend of mine used to get some solid waste from his local municipal waste water treatment facility back in the day...he used to have a great crop volunteer of tomatoes growing between his corn rows. He claims they used to eat the volunteer tomatoes.
There are several smaller municipal waste water treatment facilities around here that have center pivots sprinkling water from the stabilization ponds onto municipal owned hayfields. There is no shortage of people wanting to rent the hay ground. |
