Hard rains rotary hoe won't touch crust. Krause excelerator?
Got some heavy rains and clay is crusted over like concrete.
I talked to a guy once who used his excelerator set on 0 degree and shallow in place of a rotary hoe to bust the crust. He said it worked. Anyone else ever try this?
