Subject: RE: CIH sprayer autosteer

West Central MN
Run a 4430 with same guidance set up, spray everything at a 10-30 degree angle or directly 90 degrees across the row. In relatively flat fields spraying across row can keep cross track error average at 1” or less. Add more hills or at 10-30 degree angle cross track error average 3” or less I attribute that to what angle fall tillage was done at. I get the weave back and forth some and tried settings every which way. Local case precision guy told me to do dead zone call with product tank half full and booms out and get left and right values with in .5 or less of each other that seemed to help the most. Sitting in front of Front axle only makes the weave feel worse. Ran 3330 last year with identical set up and felt that one did a little better job. I run aggressiveness from 100-110, D gain at 0
