I would more info. Age, if ewes do they have lambs, if yes how old are the lambs? Have you had trouble with parasites in the past? What are the sheep acting like? Do you have much coccidi? What are the pastures like? Is there enough nutrition there? How low are you allowing them to graze the forage? How long do the stay in an area? All the good vets I worked with would treat the animal for its symptoms even if the lab work didn't support typical causes. With anemia I would say they are lacking protein. Question is why? Is it nutrition, illness, parasites? Negative decals only tell me the parasites were not shedding eggs. Did you collect samples from multiple sheep?
