If mucus membranes are white they are probably anemic. Fecals are good but are from what I have seen very flock climate specific. A worm load in my ewes would be a dead ewe in ohio. Famacha is also not perfect but if showing signs of anemia I would worm the worst 75%. I also am a believer of using dual method treatment if going to worm say prohibit and cydectin. Goal is to kill all when worming to prevent immune survivors. Rotational grazing saves us probably $3 a ewe per year I would say our ewes get wormed every 3 -5 years if more often than that they are culled.
