North Central Iowa | I’m assuming you are using with an ez steer? Or a NAV? Either way, the issue will be in the steering box, not the ez guide 500. Terrain corrections on an ez steer are part of the T2 box mounted on the floor. Could be going bad. Or, more commonly, have low voltage and that kicks out the T2 box. You can check the voltage on the ez guide, down a few menus under “status”, but you can’t check it while the autosteer is engaged, so tough to troubleshoot. Be looking for high 12’s or over 13 volts would be good with tractor running.
The usual advice is to hardwire the ez guide to the battery instead of using cigarette lighter plug. | |
