Empty tanks if not already and watch the agitator to make sure the fingers are still pointed down and moving. Pointed down being the key as moving you can tell from outside the tank. 

Also, check the blower pressure and often less is more (read the manual

And again as others have said use more talc and/or graphite if pulling cool seed out of a shed and loading into 100+ degree tanks and tubes. Ideally mixed on the seed on its way into the tank
