Subject: RE: Deere CCS tubing Soybeans plugging?

South-central Nebraska
Took me an entire field of corn to figure out agitator arm came off and was not moving fingers!!!! Sometimes when we go from pretty cold to pretty warm and humid weather it will make seed sweat and become stickier and just not flow as well. Talc helps but too much build up in the bottom can cause problems too. My planter sat through 2-3" of rain outside and had a few kernels of corn germinating in the bottom of one hopper. During beans, I had a few instances of soybean seed treatment chunks block the tube flow as well. I had some of the first beans delivered and got all of the junk build up from last year.
