If just the dryer is resting on the pad, 5"-6" thick, 6 bag mix, with 3/8" rebar 12" O.C. or 6 gauge wire flats if you can get them. Float it, broom it, and seal it when it's just hard enough to walk on it without marring. With outdoor concrete subject to freezing/thawing, the less you work it, the better. Control joints every 8' or less in each direction. Try to keep the 'crete between a 5 to 5-1/2" slump (don't go crazy with adding water).
