South Central MN | Not trying to be sarcastic or anything, but why are you printing partial emails only to scan it in and email the whole thing? Seems to be redundant?
Perhaps a better solution would be screenshot software such as snagit to make digital copies of the info you need and export it into what is presumably a pdf scan of the load docs? I'd thi k you should be able to acxomish your task digitally fairly easily without needing to print?
Or, if you get the correct pdf writer, you could copy the text out of the email and paste it straight onto a clean sheet of the scan pdf and still end up ahead? Do you actually need the paper copy for the truckers or something?
