Trust me, I'd rather not print, but its needed to eliminate confusion
My trucking company gets rate confirmations from brokers, alot of brokers have numerous employees dispatching loads. They also have a separate A/P department. We print the confirmation and scan it along with the load docs and email it to them. I bet we go through 2 reems a month now
I have decent luck with Paperport software. I can print pdf to paperport. Then use paper port to combine pages into a pdf report for emailing or for filing. Files can be renamed as necessary. I have established a ‘network scan folder’ that my scanner and paper port uses as the default scan location. It functions like a grain cart to hold my scans until I move them to other organized folders. |
