There is a bolt sticking out just below plate on RH side of fifth wheel ( standing behind truck ) & just behind jaws - supposed to be able to push head of bolt in 1/4 " when fifth wheel is properly adjusted - if not turn with wrench clockwise or ccw until you get proper dimension.
