I've got yetter coulters that swivel and the shank mounts so it swivels with the coulter. Nothing wrong with that system. Yes, they flop around a little when turning around but it works fine. I have sealing wheels (tires) on the knives, so it really has a lot of weight to swing with if it wants to. In the field they cause no problems and stay straight.
