I also set up a couple RSS searches. For example, I have one that searches for "Elmira" to catch any news articles or blogs that refer to the town I work in. That's picked up a few interesting things for me such as this link. These searches act just like regular RSS links, but are more flexible. I haven't scratched the surface on what this can do.
