Subject: 2 cycle detroit questions...

Mid-Missouri
We recently purchased a 1975 90 Chevrolet grain truck. 22 ft aluminum bed with hendrickson. According to the glove box, it came with an 8v-71 if memory serves me correct but it currently has a 6v-92 supercharger with a turbo. Both left and right air box vent tubes? are severely dripping oil, too much to not worry about. What do you think the cause of this is from? A seal out from somewhere up above. I am about ready to plumb them back into the oil pan as a bandaid fix but would rather fix it correctly. That is why I am posting this question before I do something errational. The truck smokes blue at start-up but I think clears up pretty good upon a good warm-up. Starts great but likes to be given some throttle for a quicker start (Idles at 450 rpm and has about 30 psi oil after warm.) Those vent tubes seem to be the only leak on the engine! How is the best way to go about finding this leak? Thanks for the advice.
