I put one in Nemo Scott's 3640 2 years ago. It was a pretty easy job once I got the right gasket, there was some trouble there because they updated it. I think it only took 8 hrs or so. Besides if it is not the head gasket you need to pull the head off anyway to find out for sure so you nave nothing to loose by ripping the head off. Jon
