| We were looking for a 30' flex for our sts but these fields have rocks and the $24000 purchase plus if a rock slipped in it could be devastating. We used JD lift quards/down crop lift back in the 80's when hail hit us and thought those every 3 guards should help our 15" center planted canola lift above the cutter bar. I saw a forum on flexifingers on peas and is this the same as milo savers. We have those on now from last fall's milo harvest but they don't run on the ground so they're coming off today. Will the pickup reel shatter out more than help? | |
