Subject: RE: Help, chemical inductor problems....

Cen IL
On filling my sprayer, I run just the water thru the venturi. Then I shut of the valve that delivers solution from the solution tank to the product pump, leaveing the agitation valve open . this runs clean water thru the planes pump into the planes tank. then I shut off the water going into the venturi and open the valve on the bottom of the inductor tank. The contents of the inductor tank is sucked into the plane via the planes product pump and then fresh water is pulled thru to top off the tank and rinse the hoses. Then open the valve that connects the planes solution tank to the pump so agitation can begin. I do not do it this way very often as I seldom need to get the bulk of the chemicals into the tank with very little water. Usually just when I'm going to let it sit overnite and head out at first lite. This also may not work with certain tank mixes.
