The 955 row unit is the same principle as is utilized by the 1200 series planter. It would offer you much better depth control than any sort of drill.
A 955 planter would, in my opinion, be the ultimate bean planter. They are easy to fill and extremely fast to totally clean out and switch to a different variety.
