Before reverting to deeper issues, ie., plugged cores, etc., did you blow out your a/c condenser radiator that sits in front of and blocks air flow if it is plugged? Just a thought. Ask me how I know.
I know noting about blue tractors, but I have had impellors come loose from shafts, some are judt pressed on. Might make sure you have good flow after warm up.
