Embarrass WI

I was looking for a trailer to haul our Ranger. "Here", last summer, for a 6' x 10' aluminum trailer with a loading ramp and 15" tires, dealers wanted $2100-2500. I went to a local manufacturer that mostly builds fire truck bodies and had them build me one.

It is 6' wide. 10' long, has a 3500# torsion axle(no springs or shackles), new wheels and tires, removeable 24" high all-aluminum stake sides and a bifold rear ramp that does not stick up any higher than the sides. The floor is alum diamond plate with a reinforced tie-down in each corner. I also had them make the tongue a little extra-long and add a platform for a big cooler. 2" coupler, all LED lights, and a tongue jack with a wheel. Built to order, I paid them just a bit under $2000. I should have a "forever" trailer.
