I think you will find that you will be doing almost all the cleaning with the air flow chaffer, using the clean grain sieve mostly for guiding air to the chaffer. Therefore, the corn-bean sieve should work for you. We have ran with the clean grain sieve out, but later thought maybe it unbalanced the shoe so we run a sieve in the bottom now.
