| We put in an air source heat pump last year. We really like it, I use it in conjunction with a cornburning furnace so it is not quite as automatic as if it were used with a gas or oil furnace. The a/c is way more efficient then our old one that was 20 years old. We also have an office added on and needed a seperate a/c so we put in a ductless airsource heat pump in that space witch is more efficient yet but was not able to be controlled by the power company so it was not elligible for a rebate but it will heat down to 10 degrees. It also is way quieter then a window unit and takes up very little space. I would recomend it to anyone. | |
