SE Michigan | Prices may be a little off, it been a few years since I worked on mine, but here are a few ideas:
A/C compresser, line flush and new 134 $1200 form the dealer, allot more if you need a condencer / dryer.
Air seat, found one at a junck yard for $300 (base only) CaseIH make a nice high back cloth seat for about $300.
Good old tractors, mine dynoed at 130hp, it has a turbo from a 1486. A little hard shifting, but a solid old tractor.
