Have you checked if it is on outside wheels or on inside ones. With someone driving and looking from behind, how does it look? My bet would be misaligned duals but only a wild guess. Also, when using rim fixed duals like you do, take care to have the outer wheels of a slightly smaller circumference, so that it is not outer wheels that bear the wheight.
This dualing is not for real power transmission but rather for floatation and limiting compaction
