Cap hitch sensor check and test press, then reconnect hitch check and do same with remote sensor check to eliminate a leaking check. If first tests make no diff in hyd#, pull hyd pump just ahead and below LH axle, and dissemble compensator, clean and make sure all ports are open, and spools free. Not sure on IH, but all other compensators have a small bleed off hole between high and low press spools that can plug as it is diameter of tag wire. The other pump at belly is the steering, brakes, TA, lube etc.
