Cleaning out the shop, back to front was my most beneficial winter activity. Knowing what parts I have in stock and where they are and getting rid of the clutter of all the junk I saved "just in case" has made the spring work easier. Once it is completely cleaned, there is that extra incentive to keep it clean too.
