Interesting thread. I'll throw in my .02. We got a Cub Cadet RZT 44 last fall, which is the smallest of their "commercial" line. I traded in a Cub Cadet 2166. The difference in what the deck will do is just amazing. Grass that would have stopped the other mower you're mowing full sticks forward. I have a buddy that has a 60" Deere. I can't believe that anybody sells a mower without a pivoting front axle. That thing has to be terribly rough to ride. I don't think the Cub Cadet rides any worse than the previous tractor did, but your mowing faster so you notice it more. 20HP Kohler on that size deck is sure nice. It ain't the biggest, but I ain't looking to mow hayfields.
