Subject: Hiniker heat exchanger tube?

SW North Dakota
Yesterday my hiniker 8100 NH3 setup was having trouble showing an accurate rate of what was actually going down. I needed only 15# but I actually was putting out 80 in one patch, 60 in another and over 100 on one pass I checked. The monitor showed 20# actual. I switched it to manual mode and dropped the rate down as far as I could and it was still way off. This setup worked perfectly last year and nothing was changed. The question I have is about the heat exchanger. The two smaller anhydous lines that run into the tube were frosty but the two that come out and go to the shanks were not. There wasnt any NH3 running to those shanks when I checked. What could be the problem here? When we first hooked up a tank it was just leaking NH3 to the two hoses that run to the shanks. And now nothing comes out. Do I need a new heat exchanger? Thanks
