That is one of the sloppiest pat searches I've ever seen. Failed to make the subject stand still, Stood so far away he couldn't stop the guy from moving around. Did the "pick and choose" approach to searching instead of a systematic search. Which, would have taken about 1/2 the time the Cop wasted dinking around. Completely failed to search both legs-socks area's where knives/guns are hid.  The cop would have been much better off having the subject put his hand were the Cop could have held 2 apposing fingers from each hand to have the subject stand still.

"Pat search" mean's Pat search, NOT "GRAP Search".  Minus -50 points for graping the guys unit, had he grabed a pocket that had needles,, the Cop would have been jabbed with the needles.  The Cop should have either "pat searched" or "rub searched" actually pressing the clothing against the subject to check for lumps or bumps. Assuming,, the Cop knows what the normal human body should feel like.. :-(

The cop's search was so Sloppy and disorganized he wasted his time. HE failed anything approaching a pat search. The Cop's a danger to himself and worse,, to other Cops who would believe he actually DID a pat search.  Cop will unfortunately stastically either be hurt at some point, or cause another Officer to be hurt with his sloppy non-existant tactics.

And people wonder why Cop's get hurt?  They get hurt cause their sloppy and/or lazy.
