Saginaw Bay Area - Michigan | Kind of wonder on the benefit; haven't used one. I feel once you learn to count carbs (and basically eliminate them) your body is going to start burning fat instead of sugar. I'm not well versed on it, so if there's some med reason you need to be aware of when that process is in effect, etc, then please don't take my opinion as reason to not use a testing device.
