Subject: RE: Dust control on gravel road

SW Ontario
We use used vegetable oil (deep fryer oil) on the drive in front of our barn. Mostly good "A" gravel but some is basically top soil from falling out of our bins. It is messy for a few days but once it is soaked in that vegetable oil makes a surface that is almost like tar top. That yard gets a lot of tractor and wagon use for two months each year. No big rigs spinning trailers around on a dime.
