| To determine whether you are missing gps data or YM data, open the raw file up in Excel as a spreadsheet. Write down a known point in the map without yield data. You will need to sort the data, suggest using the lat column. once you have sorted, look for the general location that you recorded and check those rows to see if you have data in the columns for lat/lon or yield or both.
this should help you to determine what info you are loosing. Also suggest you contact Ag Leader! EXCELLENT customer/call center support, you will be impressed! They know their product inside and out. Wish more mfg's had a staff like them.
