If they empty evenly, then the chemical should be even through the batch. On my old and new to me 284, the right tank filled faster, I put on new hoses and made them the same length and they fill even now. The wheel base is longer on your 2100 than a 284 (120 inches) and a width of 120 inches can make it seem lose.
