I Goggled "Vista Resize Picture" found a FREE program called "VSO Image Resize". Downloaded quick. It operates like the XP Image Resize. Simple to do> Select picture > Right Click > "VSO Image Resizer" listed as a function options! Wished I would have taken this route last night before I conceded defeat and used Photo Bucket Links!
