I picked one up at Walmart of all places recently. Obviously an import. 100 ft range. I thought I'd give it a try compare to my regular visual gage. The mechanism seems simple enough. We'll see how it works. I won't put it out until we're past most freezing nights. Name was "Acu-rite". "self emptying". I think it was $20. plus batteries.
