So many complaining about how it's not modern or up to some imaginary industry standard.  There are far worse designs bloated with choking ads, pop ups, trackers, bots, banners and the like.

The way this site is ran is not a problem it is a feature.

What I find appalling is the lack of respect for what must be thousands of man hours and thousands of dollars in donations freely given to make this the premiere problem solving /sharing site for Agriculture.

Just goes to show you can't please everybody and no matter how nice something is someone is always there to criticize it and complain.

Probably would not even help if there was a sticky note at the top of each forum explaining this as many don't read them anyhow.

Hopefully people realize this could all disappear with the flip of a switch if it gets to be too much of a hassle. DKO and admins are all farmers and non paid volunteers too and this takes precious and valuable time away from their own operations to keep things running smoothly here.
