| Anyone can "say" they did not hit the submit button - only one person knows for certain whether they did or not.
As for a position for a lawsuit - highly doubtful.
1.) The OP came to this site of their own free-will.
2.) The OP wrote whatever it was they wanted to post of their own free-will.
3.) The question of the submit button or not is really a mute point.
4.) All posts are able to be edited by the author - you could if desired remove everything you wrote and submit a blank sheet - problem solved.
