might want to core the bins more than once to keep them from setting up.......which then prevents or drastically slows air........also level off the bin peak is worth the time and effort, bin spreader or grain cleaner to prevent fines from concentrating and starting hot spot.....

might consider a knipco type portable heater to throw some air into the fans........or maybe a good time to add propane burner between fan and bin with a plenum.......with this global cooling might come in handy.........
