This happened to mine when I first tried it this year. Check in the back of the combine on right side and make sure that the rotor is not in neutral. There is a long shaft that goes in or out for high and low speed. Mine was in neutral and was not showing anything at all. This would be the cheapest fix if it were it. Check chain to make sure chain has not broke on the speed adjustment. Make sure that is clean and able to move when you are trying to change speeds.
