SW MN and Gold Canyon AZ | The extra 23 bu @ todays price of 6$ is $138. Even if N is .50 you have $58 left over. You have $58 in drying costs per acre??
I guess my point is I would rather put on 1 lb of N per bu and cover a broader range of yields then be on the low end and miss out on bushels @ the high end @6$. I am willing to spend 20$ an acre more as insurance. It only takes 3 to 4bu to pay for it @ these prices.
