E.Central MN | My guess is if they have a reason to sue you they will do it even if they don't have any seed to sell you and you are locked into delivery contracts. Why? Because they can. The penalties for using saved seed are in the contract, I doubt it there are any penalties about not being able to deliver seed for replants. Would they allow an exception in times like this, only if Congress threatened to take away their monopoly. | |
