Does a good job of vertical tillage, however, this machine is not built as sturdy as it needs to be. We were welding on ours a lot, and had alot of bearing trouble. I would highly recomend the GP turbo till,Phoenix till-lite, or the To The Max tool. Our RTS was the 42' model, so maybe the smaller ones are better.
